This position is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing account strategies for an assigned customer base and market. The role includes prospecting new business opportunities, expanding existing opportunities, and growing market share. The individual will manage customer relationships and develop strong business relationships with key decision makers in the business. The successful candidate will adhere to Integer's values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements, including Quality Management Systems (QMS), FDA regulations, and company policies. They will provide data-driven recommendations to the senior leadership team to identify key growth initiatives within the market and set both short and long-term goals for the channel, selectively and aggressively growing it to maturity. Additionally, the position requires establishing and managing a sales pipeline, developing a sales strategy specific to the market and customer base, and leading negotiations while coordinating complex decision-making processes. The individual will serve as an advisor on projects, work closely with engineering on new product development, and participate in promotional events to drive business. They will also provide customer feedback to help drive long-term product solutions and ensure proper and professional quotations and timely customer follow-up. The role demands submitting monthly reports that highlight sales opportunities, areas for product improvements, and competitor activities, as well as developing timely sales forecasts and cooperating with management in setting sales quotas and goals. Other duties may be required as necessary.
