About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant - Content Designer for Unsecured Lending Operations as part of the Product Transformation Team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing clear, engaging, and effective content for cross-channel customer communications and employee-facing applications. This position requires a strong focus on user experience and content strategy, ensuring that all communications are not only informative but also enhance the overall customer experience. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and execute customer experience solutions that align with business objectives and improve operational efficiency. As a Senior Business Execution Consultant, you will lead moderate to complex user experience solutions, interacting with customer experience professionals to deploy interaction design strategies effectively. You will analyze and review content design challenges, resolving issues independently while supporting your team to meet project deliverables. Your role will also involve mentoring lower-level staff and leading projects that contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives. You will ensure that all solutions are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with established policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for researching business and operational initiatives that require analytical skills and a solid understanding of organizational strategy. You will work independently to provide recommendations and assist in planning various programs aimed at risk mitigation and enhancing customer experience. Your ability to collaborate with team leaders in developing project plans and policies will be crucial to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer experience solutions for cross-channel customer communications and employee facing applications
  • Lead moderate to complex industry-leading user experience solutions with a focus on content
  • Interact with customer experience professionals during deployment of interaction design strategies
  • Review and analyze moderately complex Content Design business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Resolve moderately complex issues independently and support team to meet functional area, project, or process deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of Content Design policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with Content Design peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • May lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for lower-level staff
  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of UX writing experience
  • 2+ years of experience developing and implementing content strategies that align with product and business objectives
  • 2+ years of experience working collaboratively with UX/UI designers, developers and stakeholders to create engaging user experiences
  • Prefer experience using Figma (will consider InVision or Adobe XD) to edit and contribute to designs
  • Experience creating and maintaining copy decks
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective cross-channel content strategies
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies to inform content strategy and usability
  • Familiarity with JIRA for task management
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
