Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant - Content Designer for Unsecured Lending Operations as part of the Product Transformation Team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing clear, engaging, and effective content for cross-channel customer communications and employee-facing applications. Your work will involve developing and executing customer experience solutions that enhance the interaction between the company and its customers, ensuring that all communications are not only informative but also engaging and user-friendly. As a Senior Business Execution Consultant, you will lead moderate to complex user experience solutions with a strong focus on content. This includes interacting with customer experience professionals to deploy interaction design strategies effectively. You will be tasked with reviewing and analyzing moderately complex Content Design business, operational, or technical challenges, requiring a thorough evaluation of various factors. Your ability to resolve these issues independently will be crucial in supporting your team to meet functional area, project, or process deliverables while adhering to Content Design policies and compliance requirements. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with Content Design peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve shared goals. You may also lead projects or teams and serve as a mentor for lower-level staff, contributing to large-scale strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions, as well as managing the pipeline related to assigned operations. Additionally, you will research business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills and a basic understanding of organizational strategy and Business Execution. Your role will also involve assisting in the planning and execution of various programs and initiatives, which may include risk mitigation, efficiency improvements, and enhancing customer experience. You will collaborate with team leaders to develop project plans, policies, and procedures, providing leadership in managing relationships and implementing programs with cross-functional business partners.
