About the position

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Collections & Recovery) at TD Bank is responsible for providing specialized end-to-end business intelligence support, including visualization and reporting solutions for the Collections and Recovery team. This role involves extensive data research, data model engineering, and dashboard development, making the analyst a subject matter expert in BI and reporting. The position requires advanced knowledge of BI platforms and tools, and the ability to deliver insights that support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized BI support and solutions for the Collections & Recovery team.
• Develop and adopt best-in-class reporting and BI capabilities.
• Create and develop BI tools for stakeholder consumption.
• Conduct extensive data research and data model engineering.
• Develop dashboards and reporting packages to support business needs.
• Validate the quality and integrity of data in reporting packages and dashboards.
• Lead the implementation of initiatives in support of business strategy.
• Present findings and insights to senior management or executives.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance, or computer science).
• 3+ years of relevant experience in data and analytics.
• Proven data wrangling, data mining, data research, and data visualization skills.
• Expert knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and Databricks.
