About the position

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Collections & Recovery) at TD Bank is responsible for providing specialized end-to-end business intelligence support, including visualization and presentation solutions for the Collections and Recovery team. This role involves extensive data research, data model engineering, and dashboard development, with a focus on creating BI tools for stakeholder consumption. The analyst will act as a subject matter expert in BI and reporting, ensuring the development and ongoing evolution of best-in-class reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized reporting packages, dashboards, and scorecards for business needs.
• Conduct extensive data research and data model engineering.
• Develop and maintain BI tools for stakeholder consumption.
• Create complex BI reporting packages and dashboards using various data sources.
• Validate the quality and integrity of data in reporting packages and dashboards.
• Lead the implementation of initiatives supporting overall business strategy.
• Conduct analysis to enhance BI for management leadership.
• Adopt and implement report automation and visualization standards.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance, or computer science).
• 3+ years of relevant experience in data and analytics.
• Proven data wrangling, data mining, data research, and data visualization skills.
• Expert knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and Databricks.
