UTHealth Houston's Office of Development and Public Affairs is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to primarily support the administration of the Salesforce constituent database, Affinaquest. This role is crucial as it serves as the primary programmer and system administrator responsible for the development and maintenance of Affinaquest, the SQL reporting instance, and the SQL patient database. The ideal candidate will apply a user-centered approach to transform raw data into meaningful and valuable information, which will enable more effective strategic, tactical, and operational insights and decision-making to support the department's fundraising and brand elevation goals. In this position, the employee will function as both a programmer and system administrator, requiring the ability to design custom application programming interfaces and generate data reports. Automation of processes using SQL and SOQL will be a key responsibility. Familiarity with Salesforce or other cloud-based CRM systems that are relational is essential. A background in working with a non-profit, medical organization, or an institute of higher learning will be considered an asset.
