The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will lead initiatives that turn complex data into actionable insights, guiding efforts to enhance care quality, optimize costs, and improve patient outcomes. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare analytics, particularly with an emphasis on claims data, as well as strong leadership skills to mentor and guide team members in delivering impactful analytic solutions. In this role, the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for mentoring junior analysts, leading data analysis and reporting initiatives, developing advanced analytical tools, and translating complex data into strategic insights. The analyst will manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational objectives. This position will also involve applying advanced analytics techniques to healthcare data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, contributing to the development of innovative strategies that enhance healthcare delivery as the system transitions from volume-based to value-based care models.
