The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions that drive business insights while contributing to the vision and growth of business intelligence at LCS. Requirements

• Experience working with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake).
• Familiarity with machine learning or predictive analytics is a plus.
• Certification in BI tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau) is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, analytics, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in BI development, data analysis, or related fields.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or QlikView.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Big Query) is a plus.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or R is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets for business insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including data models, dashboards, and reports.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
• Integrate and manage data from multiple sources to create a unified reporting structure.
• Utilize BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to create interactive and insightful visualizations.
• Optimize data warehouse performance and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to enhance data integrity and governance.
• Troubleshoot BI-related issues and provide support to end-users.
• Design and develop user-friendly BI dashboards and reports, incorporating UI/UX principles to enhance data visualization and user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest BI trends, technologies, and best practices.
