A leading organization in the real estate industry is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves data analysis, report development, and strategic insights to support decision-making and drive business growth in real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset with extensive experience in BI tools, data warehousing, and real estate market analysis. In this position, the Senior BI Analyst will leverage advanced analytical techniques to interpret complex data sets related to real estate trends, market conditions, and financial performance. The role requires the development and maintenance of interactive reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. The analyst will provide actionable insights to senior management by analyzing market data, operational performance, and investment opportunities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to identify business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. The Senior BI Analyst will also be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data models and data integration processes within the data warehouse. Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms is a critical aspect of this role. Performance monitoring will involve tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and real estate metrics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement. Regular reviews of BI reports will be conducted to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry standards. Project management skills are necessary as the analyst will lead BI projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Coordination with IT and data engineering teams will be required to enhance the BI infrastructure and data capabilities. Additionally, the Senior BI Analyst will mentor and train junior analysts and other team members on BI tools, data analysis techniques, and best practices, while continuously staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in BI technologies and real estate analytics.

Responsibilities

• Leverage advanced analytical techniques to interpret complex data sets related to real estate trends, market conditions, and financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role within the real estate industry.
• Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker) and data warehousing solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with real estate databases and systems (e.g., MLS, CoStar, Yardi).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Experience working with large datasets and data modeling.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
