About the position

As a Senior Business Operations Manager at Zoom, you will play a pivotal role in managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that span systems, processes, and data at an enterprise level. Your extensive expertise will be crucial in aligning major transformation initiatives with key business decisions, ensuring optimization and consistency across the organization. You will guide operational rhythms, business processes, and design methodologies, leading your team to maximize resources and meet critical timelines. Your responsibilities will include coordinating cross-team initiatives and developing effective communication strategies within Zoom. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Transformation, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with Zoom's high standards. This position is integral to guiding critical organizational transformations and will require a strategic perspective to navigate complex business environments. In this role, you will demonstrate your expertise in business processes and project management principles, utilizing tools such as business case development, return on investment analysis, and issues management. With over 15 years of proven leadership experience in managing teams, operations, technology, and strategy—particularly in Technology and SaaS—you will be responsible for identifying project risks, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and fostering a collaborative environment. Your ability to communicate effectively with executive presence and strong presentation skills will be essential as you navigate change management and evaluate complex processes to improve workflow. A Lean Certification is advantageous, and proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google products is required. Additionally, you should be prepared to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 15+ years of proven leadership in managing teams, operations, technology, and strategy, with a particular emphasis on experience in Technology and SaaS.
  • Demonstrate expertise in business processes, project management principles, and tools, including business case development, return on investment analysis, planning, and issues management.
  • Experience in change management and evaluating complex processes.
  • Articulate communicator with executive presence and good presentation skills.
  • Experience using PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google products.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
