This position is integral to guiding critical organizational transformations and will require a strategic perspective to navigate complex business environments. In this role, you will demonstrate your expertise in business processes and project management principles, utilizing tools such as business case development, return on investment analysis, and issues management. With over 15 years of proven leadership experience in managing teams, operations, technology, and strategy—particularly in Technology and SaaS—you will be responsible for identifying project risks, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and fostering a collaborative environment. Your ability to communicate effectively with executive presence and strong presentation skills will be essential as you navigate change management and evaluate complex processes to improve workflow. A Lean Certification is advantageous, and proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google products is required. Additionally, you should be prepared to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
