About the position

As a Senior Business Operations Manager at Zoom, you will play a pivotal role in managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that span systems, processes, and data at an enterprise level. Your extensive expertise will be crucial in aligning major transformation initiatives with key business decisions, ensuring optimization and consistency across the organization. You will lead the team to maximize resources and meet timelines, coordinating cross-team initiatives and developing an effective communication strategy within Zoom. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Transformation, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with Zoom's high standards. Your strategic perspective will guide operational rhythms, business processes, and design methodologies, making you an integral part of critical organizational transformations. In this role, you will demonstrate your expertise in business processes and project management principles, utilizing tools such as business case development, return on investment analysis, planning, and issues management. With over 15 years of proven leadership experience in managing teams, operations, technology, and strategy—particularly in Technology and SaaS—you will be well-equipped to identify project risks and ensure stakeholder engagement. Your ability to communicate effectively, coupled with your executive presence and strong presentation skills, will be essential in articulating complex ideas and fostering collaboration across teams. Additionally, you will leverage your experience in change management to evaluate complex processes and apply critical thinking to improve workflow. A Lean Certification is advantageous, as is proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google products. The role requires the ability to travel domestically and internationally, reflecting the global nature of Zoom's operations. You will be expected to display high performance in both yourself and your team, quickly resolving conflicts and fostering a collaborative environment that drives success.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 15+ years of proven leadership in managing teams, operations, technology, and strategy, with a particular emphasis on experience in Technology and SaaS.
  • Demonstrate expertise in business processes, project management principles, and tools, including business case development, return on investment analysis, planning, and issues management.
  • Articulate communicator with executive presence and good presentation skills.
  • Experience in change management and evaluating complex processes.
  • Experience using PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google products.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
