As a Senior Business Operations Specialist at Capital Group, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with senior business leaders and key stakeholders to facilitate essential components of the annual business planning process. This position primarily focuses on the Wealth Management Client Group, while also extending support to other business areas within NACG. Your responsibilities will include working closely with business partners in Business Analysis and Insights & Analytics to draft and manage recurring Wealth Management reporting packages, ensuring the timely delivery of business results aligned with Wealth Management priorities. In this role, you will also lead business communication and associate engagement initiatives across NACG. This includes coordinating and executing town halls, as well as supporting resource management activities such as space planning and vendor management in a consistent and scalable manner across various NACG business units. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to provide project management and business support for initiatives aimed at optimizing business processes and operations across NACG.
