About the position

The Senior Business Process Analyst will conduct extensive research into historical records and build reports based on findings. This role requires proficiency in data analysis, organization, and reporting, as well as the ability to assist in scheduling meetings and creating presentations to communicate findings effectively. The position is hybrid, requiring three days onsite and two days remote work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive research into historical records and build reports based on findings.
• Analyze large data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Compile data from various sources and utilize computer systems to record, store, and retrieve information.
• Prepare documentation capturing detailed requirements for business processes.
• Engage with business teams to gather specific requirements for selected processes.
• Ensure information and reports are complete and consistent with specific rules or procedures.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and discussions, securing conference rooms, and coordinating schedules for stakeholders.
• Create PowerPoint presentations based on research findings to communicate to larger audiences.

Requirements

• Advanced skills in Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization, including VLookups, pivot tables, and formulas.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Experience with Microsoft programs including Email, Calendar, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and interpret historical records, paper drawings, and written notes.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to handle changing project scopes.
