Responsibilities

• Improve organizational capabilities by transforming raw data into actionable insights.
• Design custom KPI reporting to enhance workflow efficiencies and effectiveness.
• Analyze, plan, and implement operational process improvement needs.
• Create detailed requirements documents, including business process flows and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define testing strategies and validate reporting solutions.
• Integrate data from different sources to ensure consistency and coherence across the organization.
• Translate business stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Apply process improvement methodologies to identify and plan enhancements.
• Lead investigations into process outliers, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Requirements

• 3 years experience in creating business requirements
• 1+ year with SQL
• Ability to communicate and interpret documents and data
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel; experience with Visio is a plus
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
