About the position

The Senior Business & Research Analyst at Prince George's Community College is responsible for leading and maintaining the business intelligence operations within the Research, Assessment, and Effectiveness Office. This role involves managing the design, development, and maintenance of data warehouses and data models, utilizing various enterprise business intelligence tools to meet the complex business and informational needs of the college stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain business intelligence operations for the Research, Assessment, and Effectiveness Office.
• Manage the design, development, and maintenance of data warehouses and data models.
• Utilize enterprise business intelligence tools, SQL, SPSS, STATA, and Microsoft software suite for data analysis.
• Collaborate with college stakeholders to understand and translate complex business and informational needs into reports and analyses.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social science, computer technology, management information systems, or a related field.
• Three years of full-time equated experience in data analysis of large data sets, preferably longitudinal data sets.
• Two years of experience in higher education preferred.
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining data warehouses and models.
