You will work closely with various stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and vendors, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your role will involve managing vendor relationships to procure necessary staffing, licenses, tools, and consulting services, as well as overseeing budget management for projects. Effective communication is paramount in this role. You will need to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. Your leadership style should be delivery-focused and results-oriented, driving teams towards successful project outcomes. Additionally, experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, SCRUM Master, or Product Manager will be beneficial, especially if you have navigated through various trends in technology development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in the technology industry, preferably related to application development, infrastructure/architecture, and/or research.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience as a Business Analyst/Systems Analyst, SCRUM Master, or Product Manager.
• Strong and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnering skills.
• Experience managing vendors and budgets.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in or in-depth knowledge of Fintech technologies (e.g., various application development languages, infrastructure/architecture environments, machine learning, artificial intelligence, data analytics).
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
