About the position

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst within the Enterprise DevSecOps (EDSO) team at DTCC, you will play a pivotal role in the product management lifecycle of DevSecOps tools and services. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including Product Owners and engineering teams, to ensure the successful launch, marketing, and adoption of products. You will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle from inception to rollout, focusing on service quality and continuous improvement. Your work will directly impact the design, build, maintenance, and support of a new resiliency platform, enhancing the capabilities of the EDSO team. In this role, you will utilize your problem-solving and analytical skills to design solutions that improve EDSO products and services. You will document requirements thoroughly, ensuring that all changes to features and functionalities are well understood and communicated. Your attention to detail will be crucial when evaluating the impact of changes and contributing to the overall user experience. You will work from a team backlog using JIRA, supporting multiple initiatives simultaneously while collaborating closely with product owners, scrum masters, and technical stakeholders. Additionally, you will assist Product Managers in managing demand and prioritizing the product roadmap by gathering feedback from various users and partners. Your responsibilities will also include producing documentation and client-facing materials, coordinating product releases, and developing metrics reports to track resource usage and service trends. This role is not limited to the responsibilities outlined, as you will be expected to adapt and take on new challenges as they arise.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the DevSecOps product management team to own the product lifecycle from launch to adoption.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and their squads within the DSO agile model.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills to design solutions with stakeholders.
  • Document requirements for existing EDSO products and services thoroughly.
  • Evaluate impact analysis of changes to EDSO products and services with keen attention to detail.
  • Contribute to improving overall user experience by leveraging understanding of EDSO products and agile practices.
  • Learn quickly and communicate feature/functionality changes effectively.
  • Support various efforts simultaneously from a team backlog using JIRA.
  • Coordinate meetings, distribute minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist Product Managers in managing demand and roadmap priority by collecting requirements and feedback.
  • Work with engineering teams to define product improvements for the roadmap.
  • Assist in publishing the product/service roadmap and producing documentation.
  • Coordinate with platform owners on product release of new services.
  • Develop and lead metrics reports on usage of resources and service trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Direct experience with DevSecOps tooling.
  • Experience in a financial services environment.
  • Experience in technology-based services.
  • Experience working with project partners in an agile environment.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced technical and collaborative environment.
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented problem solver, highly structured, and well-organized.
