About the position

The IT Business Management Senior Associate at DTCC will be a key member of the Enterprise DevSecOps (EDSO) team, focusing on the product lifecycle management of DevSecOps tools and services. This role involves collaborating with product management, engineering, and operational teams to enhance product quality and user experience, while also supporting the design and maintenance of a new resiliency platform.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the DevSecOps product management team to manage the product lifecycle from launch to adoption.
  • Assist in the design, build, maintenance, and support of a new resiliency platform.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and squads within the DSO agile model.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills to improve EDSO products/services.
  • Document requirements for existing EDSO products/services with strong written communication skills.
  • Evaluate impact analysis of changes to EDSO products/services with keen attention to detail.
  • Contribute to improving overall user experience by leveraging understanding of EDSO products/services and agile practices.
  • Support various efforts simultaneously while working from a team backlog using JIRA.
  • Coordinate meetings, distribute minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist Product Managers in managing demand and roadmap priority by collecting requirements and feedback.
  • Work with engineering teams to define product improvements for the roadmap.
  • Assist in publishing the product/service roadmap and producing client-facing documentation.
  • Develop and lead metrics reports on resource usage, service trends, and capacity.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in a similar role for developing enterprise business applications or technology roles.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Direct experience with DevSecOps tooling.
  • Experience in a financial services environment and technology-based services.
  • Experience working with project partners in an agile environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across the organization.
  • Self-starter with detail-oriented problem-solving skills.
