About the position

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for planning, designing, developing, and launching efficient business, financial, and operations systems to support various business functions and processes. This role involves maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing systems and applications, as well as researching, designing, documenting, and modifying software specifications throughout the production life cycle. The analyst will apply analytical and problem-solving skills to maximize the benefits of IT system investments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business/financial/operations systems.
• Maintain, support, and upgrade existing systems and applications.
• Research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to maximize IT system investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions.
• 5+ years of extensive experience in Infor Syteline technical development and administration.
• Working knowledge of industrial manufacturing business processes.
• Working technical knowledge of current ERP programming languages.
• Working knowledge of network and PC operating systems.
• Working knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards.
• Experience with core software applications and ERP Business Systems.
