• Utilize SAP to track purchase orders, inventory, and supplier performance, ensuring efficient supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to optimize cost savings and ensure high-quality materials.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure reliable sources of materials and services.
• Prepare and analyze procurement reports, track purchasing trends, and recommend improvements.
• Monitor market trends, supplier pricing, and manufacturing processes to stay informed on material availability and cost fluctuations.
• Coordinate with quality control and engineering teams to ensure materials meet all specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information using Google Docs and other digital tools.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations related to purchasing and supplier management.
