About the position

The Senior C# API Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing scalable server-based solutions in a collaborative, agile environment. This role involves working closely with a cross-functional team to support high-volume SaaS products, ensuring efficient data handling and performance for a large customer base.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement well-tested, efficient, highly-scalable server-based solutions.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers.
• Work in an agile environment to support high-volume SaaS products.
• Assist in the design and development of APIs using C# and related technologies.
• Ensure the application meets performance and scalability requirements.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience building scalable and performant applications.
• Expert knowledge of object-oriented programming.
• Expertise in Web API (MS ASP.Net), MVC, JSON, SOAP, REST, .Net Framework, C#, and Web Services.
• Experience with message-based architecture.
• Knowledge of SQL Server development and database design, as well as NoSQL concepts.
• Competent to work in Agile Software Development.
• Familiarity with Unit Testing, Mocking, and Test Driven Development.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with developing Accounting, CRM, or ERP systems.
• Familiarity with CQRS.
