About the position

Amazon MGM Studios is a dynamic environment focused on creating and producing original films and television series for a global audience. The Campaign Operations team plays a crucial role in developing strategies, tools, and processes that scale operations for marketing film and series campaigns. This includes delivering business-to-business solutions to key partners like Prime Video and Amazon Ads, enabling Advertising Executives worldwide to effectively leverage marketing materials for selling ad space. As the Senior Campaign Operations Integrated Planning Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing Campaign Operations. Your primary responsibilities will involve designing systems, improving existing solutions, and collaborating across teams to gain a deep understanding of processes and products within our Ads and Licensing business lines. This understanding is essential for driving efficiencies in our marketing campaigns for films and series. In this role, you will enhance the quality of marketing technology and data by implementing new features and troubleshooting complex issues. Exceptional communication skills are vital, as you will need to document and present technical concepts to various stakeholders while navigating a rapidly growing and ambiguous environment. Keeping the customer experience at the forefront of your work is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of gathering and synthesizing multi-team requirements into clear and attainable roadmaps, allowing for the development of scalable operational solutions. You will demonstrate tact and perseverance in cross-functional collaborations, leveraging or building clear communication streams that promote effective reporting within and outside the Studios Marketing organization. As a self-starter, you will be expected to deliver results at both strategic and tactical levels, often in complex environments that require maturity, excellent judgment, and the ability to influence key stakeholders. A bias for action and strong, adaptive communication skills are essential. The Senior Campaign Operations Integrated Planning Manager will need to stay the course through process iterations while proactively identifying process gaps and opportunities to simplify and enhance efficiency.
