OCT Consulting LLC is seeking a Senior Change Management Associate to support a significant reorganization effort for a U.S. civil agency client. This role is pivotal in guiding the transformation of a workforce of over 500 full-time employees (FTEs) around Category Management principles. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in change management, particularly within federal government contexts, and will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Change Management Plan. This plan will encompass the introduction of new organizational structures, processes, policies, and procedures necessary for the successful execution of the reorganization. In this position, you will prepare the organization for impending changes by assessing change management needs, crafting effective communication strategies, and continuously measuring the implementation of the defined changes. Collaboration with business process analysts and communications consultants will be essential to ensure that the transformation aligns with the established plan. Additionally, you will be tasked with briefing senior executives on the progress of the transformation, making it crucial to be a versatile worker who can also contribute to various general management consulting tasks as required. Your responsibilities will include acting as a subject matter expert in change management, leading the implementation of the Change Management Plan, creating visually appealing presentations and infographics, conducting discussions to assess change progress, and developing communication materials to inform the workforce about new processes and policies. You will also facilitate executive-level meetings, draft meeting minutes, and conduct research and analysis to support the overall objectives of the project.
