About the position

The Senior Change Manager/Prosci Consultant role is designed for an experienced change management professional who will lead organizational improvements and transformation efforts. The candidate will utilize methodologies such as Prosci's ADKAR model, Agile, and Waterfall to effectively manage change initiatives and engage stakeholders, particularly at the executive level.

Responsibilities

  • Lead change initiatives using Prosci ADKAR, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
  • Establish and manage an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Community of Practice
  • Develop and implement communication strategies and change impact assessments
  • Facilitate stakeholder interviews, empathy sessions, and process improvement workshops
  • Design and execute new hire onboarding, mentoring, and buddy programs
  • Create and conduct ADKAR survey assessments to monitor change adoption
  • Lead training webinars, workshops, and collaborative events (e.g., Lean Coffee, Book Clubs)
  • Manage collaboration tools such as FigJam, Mural, MS Team Whiteboard, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Provide expertise in SAFe PI Planning and agile project management

Requirements

  • Extensive experience applying Prosci's ADKAR model
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies
  • Strong understanding of organizational behavior principles
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, particularly at the executive level
  • Experience in leading enterprise transformation efforts
