About the position

The Senior Change Manager/SAFe Consultant position at Randstad in Washington, DC, is designed for an experienced change management professional tasked with driving organizational improvements. The role emphasizes the application of change management methodologies, particularly Prosci's ADKAR model and Agile practices, to facilitate enterprise transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will engage with stakeholders at all levels, especially executives, to ensure successful change initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead change initiatives using Prosci ADKAR, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
  • Establish and manage an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Community of Practice
  • Develop and implement communication strategies and change impact assessments
  • Facilitate stakeholder interviews, empathy sessions, and process improvement workshops
  • Design and execute new hire onboarding, mentoring, and buddy programs
  • Create and conduct ADKAR survey assessments to monitor change adoption
  • Lead training webinars, workshops, and collaborative events (e.g., Lean Coffee, Book Clubs)
  • Manage collaboration tools such as FigJam, Mural, MS Team Whiteboard, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Provide expertise in SAFe PI Planning and agile project management

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in change management
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in Prosci's ADKAR model and Agile methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly at the executive level
  • Experience in leading enterprise transformation efforts
