In this role, you will prioritize, schedule, and delegate work assignments to ensure timely and accurate support for the application of ABB PLC/HMIs and LV drives in various industrial processes, systems, and applications. You will design and recommend tailored solutions based on a deep knowledge of the portfolio and capabilities to meet customers' unique needs. Your contributions will include negotiating deviations and agreeing on win-win solutions, as well as identifying and communicating the applicability of new and emerging functional solutions to address current business issues. You will advise others on the delivery of high-quality solutions by applying broad and deep professional expertise, continuously aiming to meet targets even in difficult circumstances with value argumentation. Identifying and systematically following up on business opportunities will be key, as will focusing energy on key tasks and taking extra measures to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also address PLC/HMI motor application problems and initiate effective measures for their solution, creating detailed technical reports on product issues that need correction by other departments while managing customer relationships during the correction process. Collaboration with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Application Engineers will be essential to develop systems and solutions relevant to OEM needs, supporting tailored solutions offered by ABB in the region.
