About the position

The Senior Channel Partner Program Manager for Incentive Programs at Atlassian plays a crucial role in developing and managing the company's global channel incentive programs. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to identify, design, and implement successful channel partner incentives.
  • Identify strategies and program structures to accelerate partner growth in Atlassian product sales and services.
  • Develop execution plans to ensure the long-term success of the incentive programs.
  • Establish regular metrics reviews to drive efficiencies and compliance with business requirements.
  • Create program documents that clearly outline benefits, terms, conditions, and marketing collateral for global programs.
  • Manage feedback from partners and internal teams post-launch to optimize the program roadmap.
  • Drive requirements for systems and processes to enhance partner experience.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in channel programs or channel marketing/sales, with expertise in industry verticals such as Public Sector, Healthcare, or Financial Services.
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Channel Partner business models and their roles in selling and adding services with software and SaaS products.
  • Proven leadership experience in a global software or cloud organization.
  • Ability to plan, design, and execute a portfolio of programs for external Channel Partners.

  • Experience with partner communications through various channels such as portals, social media, and email.
