Responsibilities

  • Lead the Civil Department and oversee project management activities.
  • Develop projects from conceptual planning through to design and construction approvals.
  • Coordinate project efforts and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Manage staff and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Missouri Civil PE License is required.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Civil Engineering, specifically in Site/Civil Land Development and Public Infrastructures.
  • Experience in project and staff management is essential.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D is required.
  • Strong ability to develop projects from conceptual planning to execution.
