The Senior Civil Engineer/Operations Manager position is based in the Mechanicsburg office and involves leading projects for clients in both the public and private sectors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in land development, project management, and client relations, and will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, requiring exceptional communication skills and teamwork. As a Senior Civil Engineer, the candidate will be involved in the design of subdivisions and land development, navigating the zoning and approvals process, managing stormwater, and creating site design, grading, and erosion and sediment control plans. The role also includes preparing project proposals, managing contracts, and mentoring junior engineers and designers. The candidate will be expected to have a strong technical background, particularly in AutoCAD Civil 3D, and will need to demonstrate leadership in managing project teams and client relationships.
