About the position

As a Senior or Principal Civil Engineer at Stantec, you will play a pivotal role in addressing some of the most pressing challenges faced by the UK water industry. This position is based in our Warrington office, where you will lead the design and implementation of innovative water projects that contribute to the sustainability of communities. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of water projects that address sustainability and environmental challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Mentor and support the development of junior civil engineers within the team.
• Manage project lifecycles from conception through to delivery, ensuring quality and compliance with regulations.
• Engage with stakeholders and partners to foster strong collaborative relationships.

Requirements

• Hold a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Working towards or holding Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status with a relevant body such as ICE or CIWEM.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering successful projects in the water sector.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Proven ability to engage with clients and build strong relationships.
