We are looking for a qualified individual who possesses a BS in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with a Professional Engineer licensure. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in civil engineering and site design, demonstrating proven expertise in construction permits, sediment control, and water/wastewater management. Strong time-management, communication, and collaboration skills are essential, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SWMM, HEC/RAS, and Civil 3D. Familiarity with MicroStation is considered a plus. Experience with roadways, site grading, utilities, lift stations, and stormwater management will also be beneficial in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Prepare and review engineering designs, plans, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding construction permits and environmental standards.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for various projects.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff in their professional development.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates to management and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering and site design.
  • Proven expertise in construction permits, sediment control, and water/wastewater management.
  • Strong time-management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SWMM, HEC/RAS, and Civil 3D.
  • Familiarity with MicroStation is a plus.
