Responsibilities

  • Oversee civil engineering and site design projects.
  • Ensure compliance with construction permits and sediment control regulations.
  • Manage water and wastewater management projects.
  • Collaborate with clients across private, public, and federal sectors.
  • Utilize engineering software such as SWMM, HEC/RAS, and Civil 3D for project design and analysis.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
  • Participate in project planning and development to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer licensure required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering and site design.
  • Proven expertise in construction permits, sediment control, and water/wastewater management.
  • Strong time-management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SWMM, HEC/RAS, and Civil 3D.
  • Familiarity with MicroStation is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with roadways, site grading, utilities, lift stations, and stormwater management.
