As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing various civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with construction permits, sediment control, and water/wastewater management. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding project teams and collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with construction permits and sediment control regulations.
  • Manage water and wastewater management projects.
  • Collaborate with clients across private, public, and federal sectors.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
  • Utilize engineering software such as Civil 3D, SWMM, and HEC/RAS for project design and analysis.
  • Conduct site assessments and prepare engineering reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering and site design.
  • Proven expertise in construction permits, sediment control, and water/wastewater management.
  • Strong time-management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SWMM, HEC/RAS, and Civil 3D; familiarity with MicroStation is a plus.
  • Experience with roadways, site grading, utilities, lift stations, and stormwater management.
