Responsibilities

  • Oversee civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with construction permits and sediment control regulations.
  • Manage water and wastewater management projects.
  • Collaborate with clients across private, public, and federal sectors.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.
  • Utilize software tools such as SWMM, HEC/RAS, and Civil 3D for project design and analysis.
  • Conduct site assessments and prepare engineering reports.
  • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer licensure required.
  • 7+ years of experience in civil engineering and site design.
  • Proven expertise in construction permits, sediment control, and water/wastewater management.
  • Strong time-management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SWMM, HEC/RAS, and Civil 3D.
  • Familiarity with MicroStation is a plus.
  • Experience with roadways, site grading, utilities, lift stations, and stormwater management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with MicroStation software.
  • Experience in managing diverse engineering projects.
