Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conceptual planning to construction approval.
  • Coordinate project efforts and ensure compliance with design standards and regulations.
  • Oversee project and staff management, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and Civil3D for project design and development.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Civil PE License preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in Civil Engineering, specifically in Site/Civil Land Development and Public Infrastructures.
  • Proven project and staff management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil3D.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with diverse client projects in civil engineering.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes in Colorado.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
