About the position

The Senior Civil Land Development Engineer will play a key leadership role within a reputable and fast-growing multidisciplinary firm. This position is ideal for an experienced Licensed Professional Engineer who is looking for an exciting opportunity to make significant decisions and contribute to diverse projects in civil engineering, particularly in site/civil land development and public infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conceptual planning through to design and construction approvals.
• Oversee project and staff management to ensure successful project delivery.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Civil3D for project design and development.
• Coordinate project efforts with various stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Civil PE License preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Civil Engineering, specifically in Site/Civil Land Development and Public Infrastructures.
• Proven project and staff management experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D.
• Strong ability to develop projects from conceptual planning to execution.
