About the position
The Senior Civil Land Development Engineer will play a key leadership role within a reputable and fast-growing multidisciplinary firm. This position is ideal for experienced professionals looking to make significant decisions and contribute to diverse projects in civil engineering, particularly in site/civil land development and public infrastructures.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conceptual planning through design and construction approvals.
- Oversee project coordination and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Manage staff and project teams effectively to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Civil3D for project design and development.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Civil Engineering, specifically in Site/Civil Land Development and Public Infrastructures.
- Experience in project and staff management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D.
