The Senior Civil Land Development Engineer position is a key leadership role within a reputable and fast-growing multidisciplinary firm located in Detroit, Michigan. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing various civil engineering projects, particularly in site/civil land development and public infrastructures. This role requires a professional who is not only experienced but also eager to take on significant decision-making responsibilities within the organization. In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop projects from conceptual planning through to the coordination of project efforts, leading to the approvals of design and construction. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D is essential, as is the ability to manage projects effectively from inception to completion. The salary range for this position is competitive, depending on experience, with a range of $100,000 to $145,000.
