Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are designed in accordance with current manuals and specifications.
• Manage financial performance of projects.
• Oversee and direct staff involved in project execution.
• Conduct CAD design and develop plan details.
• Prepare technical specifications and perform estimating and quantity calculations.
• Draft technical reports and manage permitting processes.
• Review shop drawings and conduct engineering analyses.
• Collaborate closely with the design team and other partners.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in civil engineering.
• 4-6 years of related work experience in civil engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana is required.
• Experience with site design is required.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD / Civil 3D is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
