The attorney will be responsible for independently managing cases, including directing daily activities, arguing hearings, and taking depositions. Responsibilities

• Independently manage class action cases from inception to resolution.
• Direct day-to-day activities of cases, including strategy development and execution.
• Argue hearings and take depositions without supervision.

• Participate in trial preparation and execution as needed.

Requirements

• 10+ years of litigation experience, preferably in class actions.
• Proven ability to run cases independently and manage all aspects of litigation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• Prior class action experience is a bonus but not required.
