About the position

The Senior Client Onboarding Specialist at C-4 Analytics serves as the primary point of contact for new clients, managing the onboarding process to ensure a successful transition to the company's digital marketing solutions. This role involves collaborating with the Associate Vice President to enhance onboarding strategies, maintaining client satisfaction, and managing digital marketing campaigns from inception to execution. The position offers flexibility through remote or hybrid work options, catering to individual productivity preferences.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first voice for new clients as they join C-4 Analytics and the main day-to-day contact for a number of clients.
  • Support all new client actions with Phase 1 tasks including welcome calls/emails, scheduling and coordinating kick-off calls, and developing kick-off materials.
  • Work closely with the Associate Vice President of Client Onboarding & Success to support and deliver strategic media plans to clients.
  • Ensure clients experience a smooth transfer from Phase 1 of onboarding to Phase 2 of producing and executing customized digital marketing strategies.
  • Develop strong relationships with the Sales team to gather appropriate background information for seamless transitions from contract signing through program launch.
  • Provide necessary client information, including logins and reporting, to the Onboarding and Client Services teams for optimal performance.
  • Act as a senior voice and digital marketing expert on client calls with the Onboarding team.
  • Support the Onboarding team on client presentations, including development, analysis, and execution of the presentations.
  • Assist in continually improving Phase 1 processes and increasing team efficiency.
  • Manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns from initial pitch to reporting, including paid search, website maintenance, social media, and online reputation.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal production teams to improve client websites and overall digital strategy.
  • Collaborate with external parties to ensure client strategies are executed and escalated as needed.
  • Create client-facing monthly reports on campaign performance by identifying and interpreting KPIs.
  • Run weekly meetings to update clients on cumulative progress.
  • Ensure all external assets are compliant and approved by the client.
  • Manage all tasks in JIRA from creation to close in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience within the automotive industry, either in a client capacity or working within automotive dealerships.
  • 5+ years of client management experience, including at least 1 year as an Onboarding Specialist or Account Lead.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related degree/equivalent relevant industry experience.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Blueprint.
  • Expert in Local SEO.
  • Stellar presentation skills to demonstrate value to clients and set expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence.
  • A strong sense of urgency and demonstrated time management skills.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA.
  • Familiarity with website functionality and experience with Google products and Microsoft Office Suite.
