About the position

The Senior Client Services Analyst at Publicis Groupe is responsible for facilitating affiliate marketing activities in collaboration with account management teams. This role focuses on delivering successful results for clients by engaging proactively with account strategies, monitoring account performance, and participating in campaign planning and reviews. The position requires a strong understanding of digital marketing and affiliate marketing, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate affiliate marketing activities in collaboration with Account teams
  • Engage proactively with Account management teams and assist with account strategies
  • Deliver the needs of Account teams and work closely with clients to achieve successful results
  • Liaise with Account management teams for reporting and competitor tracking tasks
  • Perform content and campaign reviews based on specified criteria
  • Monitor account performance and report any unusual spikes or lows
  • Review affiliate publisher pages and report discrepancies
  • Prioritize tasks based on the needs of the account team
  • Adapt to changing environments and equip with necessary skills
  • Plan and execute a variety of tasks within designated time frames
  • Participate actively in client campaign planning and quarterly business reviews

Requirements

  • A graduate in any discipline
  • 5 - 8 years of exposure in digital media/client services role
  • Sound knowledge of digital marketing platforms
  • Basic knowledge of Affiliate Marketing
  • Expert in Excel functions and formulas
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Ability to multitask and emphasize attention to detail
  • Ability to apply logical and analytical thinking
  • Be a team player and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
