About the position

The Senior Contextual Commerce Strategist at Bazaarvoice plays a crucial role in supporting Enterprise clients by fostering and maintaining strong professional relationships with key stakeholders. This position is centered around ensuring client success through effective communication, strategic account management, and a deep understanding of client objectives. The strategist will be instrumental in driving account growth and renewal while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and results.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and grow the relationship and opportunity with each account in your portfolio (typically 5-10).
• Ensure renewal and growth of each account in your portfolio.
• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for your accounts and respond to all requests quickly and professionally.
• Oversee an account coordinator or analyst who will help manage all day-to-day account deliverables, ensuring we consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
• Stay up to date on our product roadmap to identify opportunities for client assistance in achieving their business objectives.
• Stay informed about each account's business and objectives to identify future opportunities for support.
• Provide monthly and quarterly business reviews for each account, along with brainstorming and strategy sessions.
• Attend and host relationship-building and networking events.
• Leverage strong relationships and client results to generate referrals for new business.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience managing large recurring enterprise deals, ideally in a smaller, fast-paced company.
• Track record of creating and growing trusting, lasting professional relationships with key stakeholders at large enterprise clients.
• Charismatic and exceptional communicator.
• Naturally consultative with a passion for teaching complex concepts simply.
• Strong brainstorming and creative thinking skills with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in project management with the ability to prioritize and maintain focus.
• Energetic, positive, and solutions-first approach.
• Self-directed, hard-working, and passionate about the role.
