About the position

The Senior Clinical Program Manager at Medbridge is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical programs across the company's Care products. This role involves strategic planning, clinical content development, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance patient care and meet the evolving needs of both patients and clinicians. The position plays a crucial role in shaping innovative healthcare solutions in a rapidly transforming industry.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client validation calls, clinician interviews, and literature reviews to validate market needs and identify initial product and content needs.
  • Define patient and clinician personas, clinical pathways, and success metrics for each program while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Partner with product and design teams to define new product feature requirements and prioritize clinical content development for MVPs.
  • Lead the creation and validation of clinical content, collaborating with medical experts, and managing production logistics for media and education assets.
  • Oversee the writing, editing, and updating of patient education and clinical content, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and adherence to best practices.
  • Define patient-reported outcomes, establish clinician intervention thresholds, and oversee progress tracking and reporting for clinical pathways.
  • Conduct user testing on patient education content, identify new content opportunities, and collaborate with product and creative teams to drive innovation.
  • Work closely with commercial, go-to-market, implementation, and marketing teams to ensure successful launch, adoption, and continuous improvement of clinical programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of clinical and/or professional experience
  • Demonstrated ownership of clinical program development where you owned outcomes of the program
  • Experience in health tech is a plus
  • Demonstrated abilities in clinical content development and health writing
  • Proven ability to lead program discovery efforts, validate opportunities, and present recommendations to leadership
  • Experience working cross-functionally across multiple departments
  • Passion for patient engagement, exercise prescription best practices, and innovation in digital healthcare solutions
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects, while balancing clinical and business objectives.
