About the position
The Senior Cloud Administrator, Salesforce, is responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce applications to meet business needs. This role involves translating business requirements into digital processes, overseeing the deployment and support of Salesforce, and ensuring effective use of the platform to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Salesforce configuration and management, including staging and testing of new releases and customizations.
- Manage current and future projects, gathering requirements, and creating technical requirement documents.
- Contribute to improvements of operational business systems and processes in relation to the use of Salesforce to support business growth and efficiency.
- Responsible for maintaining documentation for applications, processes, and procedures.
- Develop and track performance metrics of applications and user adoption.
- Work with department managers and internal teams to analyze and resolve problems associated with technical issues.
- Perform incident management and response procedures to ensure all incidents are addressed appropriately.
- Manages end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Requirements
- 4+ years of admin experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies to implement and support in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive team-player with the ability to multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- The willingness to both offer, and receive, constructive feedback.
Nice-to-haves
- Apex and/or LWC Development experience.
- Demonstrated experience with multiple SaaS platforms preferred.
- Experience in Sales, Accounting, Javascript, SQL, and/or HTML.
