About the position

The Senior Cloud & Data Center Engineer - Microsoft Technologies role focuses on deploying, integrating, and supporting data center solutions using Microsoft and Cloud technologies. This position requires collaboration with a team of skilled consultants to ensure optimal performance of client environments, following industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong technical expertise in Microsoft Data Center Software and Cloud technologies.
• Lead and participate in complex customer projects, integrating various technologies as part of a team of engineers.
• Participate in product training and skill-building sessions.
• Collaborate with customers to discuss and recommend new technologies that improve and enhance their environments.
• Conduct meetings with customers, OEMs, and internal teams both on-site, remotely, and in-office as needed.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience deploying and managing Microsoft and Cloud technologies, including Microsoft Windows Server & Virtualization Platforms, Microsoft O365/M365, and supporting technologies, Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Additional preferred experience with Microsoft solutions such as Endpoint Manager/InTune, SharePoint, PowerBI, Microsoft security solutions, and certificate services (PKI).
• SQL Server implementation experience is a plus.
• Expertise in Cloud technologies, including Microsoft Azure, Cloud architecture and migration methodologies, Cloud data protection solutions, AWS, GCP, and other cloud platforms (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM databases.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager/InTune, SharePoint, PowerBI, Microsoft security solutions, and certificate services (PKI).
• SQL Server implementation experience.
