About the position

The Senior Cloud Developer role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) focuses on developing innovative AI/GenAI/ML solutions within the OpsRamp team. This position is integral to building a large-scale, enterprise-ready platform that enhances hybrid cloud operations, ensuring efficient management of digital infrastructure while maintaining security and sustainability. The role emphasizes hands-on development, mentoring, and collaboration to drive advancements in cloud-native technologies and AI/ML pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build OpsRamp's CoPilot for Autonomous Operations for the Hybrid Cloud.
• Implement cloud-native architecture concepts and best practices for high availability, scalability, resilience, performance, and security.
• Incorporate MLOPS paradigm and CI/CD in AI/ML development.
• Participate in the design and development of AI/ML pipelines and AI Co-pilots/Agents.
• Guide and mentor less-experienced staff members in software systems design and development.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in delivering scalable cloud/cloud-native solutions with ETL pipelines.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning, Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on expertise in defining, building, training, and optimizing AI/ML models at scale in popular ML frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Multi-agent/RAG/Advanced RAG applications, Prompt Engineering Techniques, and Fine-tuning LLMs.
• Strong knowledge of application failure modes, resiliency patterns, and techniques for robust designs.
• Ability to effectively communicate product design proposals and negotiate with stakeholders.

• Familiarity with toolchains like Llamaindex and Langchain.
• Experience in Cloud Architectures, Cross Domain Knowledge, Design Thinking, Development Fundamentals, DevOps, Distributed Computing, Microservices Fluency, Full Stack Development, Release Management, Security-First Mindset, User Experience (UX).
