Cloud Developer Advisor

Our work depends on Cloud Developer Advisor joining our team to develop, lead, and implement various concepts like scalability, automation, and security and compliance monitoring across enterprise cloud environments hosted within AWS or Microsoft Azure. You need to have technical proficiencies and expertise in DevOps culture.
It is the responsibility of the Cloud Developer Advisor to come up with customized solutions in enterprise cloud environments leveraging APIs and SDKs within Infrastructure as Code (IaC). You should be well-versed in at least one of the programming or scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, Java, PHP, Python, Ruby, or Perl so as to collaborate competently with other teams within the organization. The Cloud Developer must possess expertise in CI/CD tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Maven, Bitbucket, Git, AWS CodeCommit, and/or AWS CloudFormation. Must be able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelors degree or higher in computer science or IT related field
Certification required: AWS Certified Developer - Associate
8+ years of related experience developing Infrastructure as Code and API development within AWS and Azure
Experience with one or more of the following programming/scripting languages: Python, PowerShell, YAML, JSON, Bash, and using them to deliver automated solutions through CI/CD pipelines.
Agile software development, DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipeline experience.
8+ years developing Infrastructure as code using AWS Cloudformation and/or Terraform.
Ability to collaborate with other teams to complete a task with minimal supervision.
Must be able to obtain agency specific Public Trust

The likely salary range for this position is $127,500 - $172,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
