About The Position
Cloud Developer Advisor Own the opportunity as a Cloud Developer Advisor and help ensure the mission is never interrupted. At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Cloud Developer Advisor you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on Cloud Developer Advisor joining our team to develop, lead, and implement various concepts like scalability, automation, and security and compliance monitoring across enterprise cloud environments hosted within AWS or Microsoft Azure. You need to have technical proficiencies and expertise in DevOps culture. It is the responsibility of the Cloud Developer Advisor to come up with customized solutions in enterprise cloud environments leveraging APIs and SDKs within Infrastructure as Code (IaC). You should be well-versed in at least one of the programming or scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, Java, PHP, Python, Ruby, or Perl so as to collaborate competently with other teams within the organization. The Cloud Developer must possess expertise in CI/CD tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Maven, Bitbucket, Git, AWS CodeCommit, and/or AWS CloudFormation. Must be able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
