About the position

The Senior Cloud Engineer will be responsible for managing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise-level cloud-based systems and development activities. This role involves coordinating and collaborating with various cloud-based projects across the organization, ensuring the availability and efficiency of Azure Cloud Services and Systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage, implement, maintain, and support enterprise-level cloud-based systems.
• Coordinate and collaborate with different cloud-based projects across the organization.
• Plan, design, manage, maintain, and support cloud computing systems and applications.
• Enable best practices in all aspects of Software Engineering on Azure Cloud.
• Implement efficient engineering and operational processes to improve efficiency within and across teams.
• Plan and coordinate reviews and approval of technical deliverables.
• Maintain, monitor, repair, and recover from software and process failures.
• Ensure the availability of Azure Cloud Services and Systems across environments.
• Communicate fluently with business stakeholders, product managers, leadership teams, developers, and cloud admins.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years of experience designing and implementing cloud-based solutions.
• 3-5 years of experience leading and managing cloud projects.
• Excellent working knowledge of Azure Cloud Infrastructure, including Infrastructure as Code, DevOps, and Kusto Query Language (KQL).
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Strong technical leadership, engineering, and problem-solving skills.
