We are excited to be hiring for a Senior Cloud Engineer with a specialization in Azure! Together, we guide our clients through the process of selecting, deploying, and managing IT solutions tailored to their specific business needs. The Senior Cloud Engineer will be responsible for service delivery within public and private cloud environments, focusing on infrastructure as a service, which includes compute, storage, and network elements. The Sr. Technical Consultant will work on the Hosted Services team, concentrating on architecting and implementing various IT Infrastructure technologies. This role emphasizes design and implementation for both new and existing clients, migration and configuration of new infrastructure as a service solutions, and the creation of verbose documentation for projects or tasks. Essential duties include maintaining server and system uptime SLAs, server reporting and alert management, troubleshooting customer issues urgently, and ensuring proper tracking of work orders and incidents through an electronic help desk system. The role requires excellent time management skills, the ability to mentor peers, and the capacity to manage multiple large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Cloud Engineer will also participate in on-call schedules, serving as one of the highest levels of escalation for network and security issues.
